Cookie Policy

We use a small number of cookies. Two are our own: one remembers your cookie choices and one remembers your language, and the language cookie is set only if you allow preference cookies. Analytics cookies load only if you consent. We do not currently use marketing cookies. You can change your choices at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and scripts that read device information, work in comparable ways. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
This policy explains the cookies used on the website operated by Rainbow Pay Limited. It should be read together with our Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
2. Categories of cookies
- Strictly Necessary
- Required for the website to work, to keep it secure, and to remember the choices you make in the cookie banner. These cannot be switched off in our cookie settings.
- Preferences
- Remember choices you make, such as your language, so you do not have to make them again. Set only with your consent.
- Analytics
- Help us understand how visitors use the website, so we can improve it. Set only with your consent.
- Marketing
- Used to measure or personalise advertising. We do not currently use any marketing cookies.

Google Analytics is loaded only if you have consented to analytics cookies and we have enabled it on this website. If you have not consented, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
We do not currently use marketing cookies. If we introduce them, we will update this policy and they will load only after you have given consent.
4. Third-party providers
Where a cookie is set by a third-party provider, that provider processes the information in accordance with its own privacy terms. Information collected by Google Analytics and Cloudflare may be processed outside Hong Kong. See section 8 of our Privacy Notice for how we approach transfers outside Hong Kong.
5. Changing your choices
When you first visit the website, a banner asks which optional categories you accept. Optional cookies stay off until you choose to allow them.
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops optional cookies from being set in future; you can also delete cookies already stored using your browser.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the website, such as forms and your saved cookie choices, may not work as intended.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the cookies we use change. The version number and effective date are shown at the top of this page. If a change affects the optional cookies you have agreed to, we will ask for your choices again.
