The sandbox provides the full API surface but only emulates processing: no bank or card transactions take place. Build, test and review your integration there before requesting production access.
What the sandbox does
- Accepts the same requests as production and returns the same response structures.
- Emulates approved and declined outcomes, including an emulated 3-D Secure step.
- Sends callbacks to your callback URL so you can test your handler end to end.
- Uses its own credentials, which never work in production — and vice versa.
Test data
Test values that trigger specific outcomes are published in the API documentation. Use only those values in the sandbox, and never enter a real card in a test environment.
Getting access
Sandbox credentials are issued to businesses during onboarding. The sandbox endpoint is provided with your credentials.
